- Blue economy sectors available at local, regional, national, and European level
- Attractive ‘blue careers’ for this target group
- The needed knowledge, skills and competences to perform these blue careers
- ‘Turning Blue’ Roadmap providing guidance on the necessary steps to reach these careers.
- Turning Blue Network, to start and maintain cooperation between Blue Economy industries / sectors and prison services.
